We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, invoice address, delivery address, place of work, job role and contact details)
  • Product purchasing information (we save a record of purchase history, products, and quantities relevant)

The information we hold is provided directly by yourself or organisation when opening an account, asking for quotation, and placing orders etc.

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide quotations, fulfil orders, raise invoices etc as requested/required.  

We may share this information with our manufacturers in the even of a product enquiry that needs their attention or assistance.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your personal contact information in our software for the business purpose provided/intended for the duration of your account being active, until such time you request these to be remove. In the event this is not a personal account, and your details are held for your employers account purpose, your details will be held for the duration of your employment, until such time as you request it be deleted.
Any request for information to be removed, is immediately deleted from our software and server.
